1. Subscription Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience on BeHumn. If you find that the platform doesn't meet your needs, we offer the following refund terms:

• 7-Day Money Back Guarantee: New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days of their initial subscription, provided they have not completed more than 2 modules or used the AI coach for more than 3 sessions.
• Monthly Subscriptions: After the initial 7-day period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
• Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a partial refund if requested within 30 days of purchase, subject to a processing fee and deduction for the months already used at the standard monthly rate.

2. Training Exam Fees

Fees specifically related to final training exams or official certificates of completion are non-refundable once the exam has been accessed or started.

4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
