The Service uses AI to generate feedback and coaching simulations. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. AI feedback should be used as a learning tool and not as a substitute for professional judgment.

In no event shall BeHumn, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BeHumn is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
